Our picky-slow eating-littles drive us crazy at meal time but there are a few foods they will eat with gusto DIY tacos is one of those meals. The ingredients are cut up chicken breast (we use a rotisserie chicken), grated cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, taco sauce and a warm flour tortilla. I make little piles on their plates and give them a tortilla. They tear it up, add their ingredients and roll it up. It’s fun and they eat so much!
