242/365 breakfast

This morning I made a Thai red curry noodle soup. I topped Will and Ethan’s soup with a fried egg (just like Vietnam). I am finding that the happier I get that I am cooking and creating more. As my relationship blossoms with my boys I am truly enjoying making them special treats. It comes from my heart and I love to see how happy it makes them.

  1. Okay, this is exactly the kind of thing thing that Lana loves as well. Did you make the Thai red curry noodles from a mix? What kind? If you made it from scratch, can you point me towards the recipe?

  2. Um, yummy, yum, yum! And that is just so sweet what you said about being happy, making it for the boys and all – just sounds like life is really good and I’m so glad for you!

  3. yum, that looks good. I love what you said about feeling happy doing these things for your boys…so nice, mama. I made your ginger noodle dish last night! It was a hit with hubby and I…so yummy and nice to mix things up. I have to try it again with different noodles so the girls will like it better (used udon noodles and they got a bit gummy). Thanks for the ideas! xoxo
